While bullets were penetrating the bodies of Egyptians, and blood was flowing throughout Egypt, squares and streets, these scenes provoked Egyptian, Arab and foreign artists, who issued songs and chants that expressed that bloody reality, and whose words tried to honor the victims and instill hope. The operetta “Rabaa Al-Samoud”, produced by the “Rabaa” Association for Solidarity with Egypt, based in Istanbul, came in March 2013, to address the world in several languages, including Arabic, Turkish, English and Spanish, with the participation of 24 artists from 16 countries. The unique artwork brought together a number of artists, including the artist Wajdi Al-Arabi, the Moroccan Rashid Gholam, the Egyptian Hamed Moussa, the Jordanian Ibrahim Al-Dardasawi, the Turkish Muhammad Ali Arslan, the Palestinian artist Mays Shalash, Islam Shukri from Spain, the Algerian Abdul Rahman Boujbilah, the Kuwaiti Ahmed Al-Hajri, the Lebanese Abdullah Al-Zoubi, and the Syrian Yahya Hawwa, along with a singing group from America, and a number of other artists. Song lyrics – In the local dialects of their owners:
Once upon a time, there was a sign that became a field of people who dreamed. The homeland will return to their children. After what it was, the field has grown and become a homeland of joy. The homeland is a million squares in Musk, bending the dirt with blood and the tears of youth. No matter how much the call to dawn dawn has set, the sun of the day will return…. Today all the squares are fourth. My brother in a million names, hearts beat free and my jailer is a coward. I am my prison open to the sky, and you are a prisoner of humiliation and humiliation because of their hopes. They live free. They decided to take the field. And they died because they expressed their opinion. We cannot forget them. We cannot forget them. Oh free, who will kill you? You are the one who is steady in your step and you are conscious of losing your path. Your veins tightened in chanting. Let the armies of falsehood be afraid. O Omar, your lives are lean. He has the right to choose. The revolution of Egypt’s jealous youth is a path of darkness. And rain is light. What prevents us is a thousand surahs. And united in his hands is the decision. I long, O Raba’a, for fasting and for the voice of Muhammad in rising for the hearts covered and spread by the sky. On your land and sleep, O you who keep the soul in the homeland, your dowry is veins and your shroud is your right will return, martyr, no matter how long it takes us. The truth is clearly visible and the supporter of falsehood is a coward. I am not free, no matter what. For killing, fear and destruction. The fourth of steadfastness. The fourth of hope. The fourth that does not know how to break. For every heat, it has become a constant slogan. My place is not bowed… I will not die. I will not live. I am hit by bullets. I do not care.. I am my dream. It will not die in the fire of my patience and steadfastness. But I rely on you and my trust, O Lord. On you is your justice. All our hope is in you. Prove and hasten victory. Why do we insist on hatred? Why do we follow evil? The law of the jungle. We are governed by a weapon that kills people. The truth exists and does not go away. No matter how much you force falsehood and magnify with love, we build the homeland. The idea does not die by bullets. The dream is on the day of salvation. And the truth is anchored to the head. O all free people of existence.. Rabaa is a sign of steadfastness.. Rabaa is a homeland without borders.. Rabaa. Dignity, in short, the dream of dignity is not far. You live as a hero or you die as a martyr of a people. Rabaa is a sign of steadfastness. Rabaa is a homeland that has no borders Rabaa is dignity in short.
