This option helps cover operating costs, keeping the research team, project management and digital platforms working. Every stage of the project needs funding for collecting source material, staff, archiving software, and running the website and wiki.

How this option works

  • Your gift goes to operating costs: researchers' and administrators' salaries, website upkeep and archiving.
  • To give monthly, you can set up a standing order from your bank account. Contact us and we will send you the details.
  • With the necessary support, the foundation expects to produce 50 documents within four years, a seminar for each, and digital publication of four encyclopedias.

Legal status
We are not a registered charity with the Charity Commission, so donations are not eligible for Gift Aid and do not attract tax relief.
How your donation is used
Donations fund research, documentation, publishing and running the organisation. We do not distribute profits to members or directors. If the item you choose cannot go ahead, your gift goes to the closest research activity serving the same purpose.
Fees
We add no fees for donors. The payment provider deducts its usual processing fee from the amount we receive.
