Cancellation rights for digital books, recorded courses and live training. Losing a change-of-mind right does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed content.
1. Where to send your request

2. Your 14-day cancellation right
Consumers buying a digital book or course at a distance may cancel without giving a reason from contract formation until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is made, subject to the early-supply rules below. A clear cancellation statement sent before the deadline is sufficient; a telephone call or specific form is not mandatory. We acknowledge receipt by email. Failure to provide legally required cancellation information may extend the period by up to 12 months, or until 14 days after you receive that information within the extended period.
3. Digital books and recorded courses
We may begin supplying digital content during the cancellation period only with your express consent to early supply and acknowledgement that the change-of-mind cancellation right is lost when supply begins. We confirm both and the contract terms on a durable medium, such as an email you can retain. Payment, account creation or acceptance of general terms alone is insufficient. Consent must not be preselected.

This illustrates the consent required; reading it here does not give consent. Without consent, your cancellation right remains and supply is deferred until after the period, with timing confirmed before ordering. An order acceptance email alone does not remove the right. If supply begins without the required consent, acknowledgement or legal confirmation, you bear no cost for that content when exercising statutory cancellation.
4. Live training and services
If you expressly request early performance and cancel before completion, only a lawful, proportionate amount for services delivered up to cancellation may be charged, provided the required information and conditions were met. The entire cancellation right is lost only on full performance following your express early-performance request and prior acknowledgement that completion removes the right. Without the required request or information you bear no cost for performance during the cancellation period when cancelling.
For mixed courses, opening recordings does not automatically remove cancellation rights for live services not yet performed. Components and their prices or allocation method are explained before purchase. After the statutory period, the cancellation or transfer arrangements disclosed before ordering apply, without affecting statutory rights.
5. Faults, access failures and cancellation by us
Contact us if a file cannot be opened, access fails or content is faulty or misdescribed. Provide your order reference and a description, without passwords or full card details. Depending on the circumstances, we provide repair, replacement or repeat performance within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Price reduction or refund rights, potentially up to the full price, remain available under the law if the remedy is impossible or is not provided as required. Statutory rights concerning damage to a device or other digital content remain unaffected.
If we cancel a course without providing the agreed service, we refund the unprovided service. You do not have to accept credit instead of a refund due. We communicate material timetable or content changes and offer the options and refunds required by law.
6. Repayment
For a qualifying statutory cancellation we repay without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision, subject only to lawful, proportionate service deductions. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. Payment-provider processing times may affect when funds appear, but do not extend our legal repayment deadline.

8. Donations
Voluntary donations are separate from purchases and do not automatically attract the purchase cancellation right above. Promptly report duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised donations. We investigate without limiting your rights with your payment provider or under applicable law. Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights.
