The Foundation aims to open internal units of a special nature according to the needs and developments of society, such as: the Strategic Studies Unit, the Social Research Unit, the Public Opinion Poll Unit, the History and Documentation Unit, the Printing and Publishing Unit, and the Arts and Literature Unit - to enrich society with its various segments in various sciences and fields, and to spread a general state of culture, awareness and understanding among the general public and not just the elite, through the following procedures:
