How to obtain a digital publication or access a course when available. Supply is digital; printed shipping applies only if a physical product is separately offered with its own terms.
1. Supplier and support

2. Available free publications
Open a publication through Our Publications and use its reading or download link where available. Some materials are read on the site; videos use an appropriate player. Free publications do not require payment unless a distinct paid edition is clearly offered. Copyright and applicable licence terms remain in effect.
3. Paid digital books, when offered
- Check the format, language, requirements and any download limits, enter a correct email and review the price.
- After acceptance and payment confirmation, you receive a retainable confirmation with purchase details, terms and access instructions.
- The file link is sent to the order email, or made available through purchase-account downloads if specified. A reader account alone does not grant access to a paid product.
- If you expressly choose early digital supply and acknowledge its cancellation consequences, supply follows the advertised timing. Otherwise it is deferred until after the 14-day period as confirmed before purchase.
We do not promise automatic delivery or permanent access unless the offer states it. Delivery timing, link expiry and access limits must be disclosed before ordering. Manual activation and pre-orders specify the agreed delivery date.
4. Course links and dates
Recorded-course offers explain the platform, sign-in method, language, access duration and whether downloads are available. Activation links or account instructions are emailed within the advertised timescale, with early digital-supply consent where relevant.
For live training, the joining link, date, time zone and requirements are sent to the registration email within the timescale disclosed before booking. Recordings, certificates or individual support are included only if expressly offered. Starting a service during the cancellation period requires an express request and follows service cancellation rules.
5. Requirements and restrictions
You need internet access, an accessible email account and an up-to-date browser. PDF files require a compatible reader; other formats and platforms may have additional requirements disclosed before purchase. Geographical or technical restrictions, access periods and file protection are disclosed in advance. There are no hidden digital-delivery charges. Do not share personal access links or passwords.
6. Missing emails or broken links
- Check your email address, spam folder and payment status for paid orders.
- Try an updated browser and check that the complete file downloaded and your reader supports it.
- Email us with the product, order reference if available and error details. Do not send full card details or passwords. We verify ownership before correcting an email or reissuing access.
Where the fault is ours, we resolve access problems and reissue links or provide a suitable alternative without extra charge. Late delivery or unresolved faults do not remove statutory cancellation, remedy or refund rights. Technical email delays do not remove our agreed supply obligations.
7. Cancellation rights
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions. An order email alone does not remove your cancellation right. Digital supply must begin under the legal conditions; rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain.
