The Speaker of the Turkish Parliament, Mustafa Sentop, the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziad Nakhalah, the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, the Speaker of the Iranian Shura Council, Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf, the Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament, Puan Maharani, the Deputy Speaker of the Bolivian Parliament, Romania Galalu, the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Hassan al-Kaabi, and the Head of Foreign Relations in the Afghan Parliament, Atiqullah Ramin, participated in the conference. The conference was moderated by the Special Assistant to the Speaker of the Iranian Shura Council for International Affairs, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and was hosted by the Iranian Parliament, in addition to the presence of some Palestinian resistance leaders, and the heads of the foreign relations committees of the countries “Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Iran, Qatar, Pakistan, Algeria, Afghanistan, Tunisia, Venezuela, South Africa, Indonesia, Bolivia, Iraq, and Yemen.” At the beginning of the summit, the Speaker of the Iranian Shura Council, Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf, stressed that there is no issue more important than the liberation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and stressed that “this day is a day of resistance,” noting that the Palestinian tragedy is a painful human tragedy amid the silence of international organizations. Qalibaf continued: The crimes of the Zionist entity against the Palestinians are happening in full view of everyone, saying: We are all responsible for conveying the voice of the oppression of the Palestinians to the ears of the world, as the Zionists have proven that they only understand the language of force. For his part, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziad Nakhla, confirmed that the Palestinian resistance continues to be prepared and ready for any future confrontation with the Zionist enemy. He added: We forced the enemy to retreat from the positions he wanted to penetrate. The Zionist enemy did not hesitate for a moment to target the Palestinians during the past decades. Nakhalah continued: The resistance targeted Tel Aviv with missiles it obtained from Iran. Nakhalah added: In the wars launched by the Zionist entity against Gaza and the resistance, it was unable to impose its conditions on it, adding that the Palestinian resistance imposed a new equation through its steadfastness in the Gaza Strip. For his part, Ismail Haniyeh, head of the Hamas political bureau, said during the summit: Resistance is the only option capable of removing the occupiers from our land. Haniyeh said: The deal of the century targets the pillars of the Palestinian issue, and the deal was followed by the annexation plan, followed by normalization. He stressed, saying: In the face of this imminent danger, we must agree on a plan An integrated strategy.. The resistance option must be activated because it is capable of expelling the occupiers, and we tried it in Gaza and in liberating our prisoners. Haniyeh continued: Our resistance continues, and we possess the weapons, the will, and the people who embrace it. We must build a solid bloc that agrees on the option of uprising, supporting the people’s steadfastness, and the continuation of resistance. He continued: Invaders passed through the nation and their end was on the land of Palestine. We must open up to all the free people of the world who reject the occupation and the American orgy… The world is fed up with the occupation, which can no longer market its narrative to the countries of the world. For his part, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, stressed that “Gaza is the face of Jerusalem and all of Palestine, and time in it turns children into men in their first confrontation with the enemy.” He said: More innovative than Lebanon, which is suffering under the weight of a political, economic, financial, living and health crisis that is the most dangerous in its history, not to mention an undeclared siege for its support for the resistance and rejection of financial bribes and temptations on the condition that it abandons its commitments to the Palestinian cause. Berri warned, “of the danger of the deterioration of the health situation in the Gaza Strip as a result of the spread of Corona under the unjust siege, and the same applies to the West Bank and the occupied territories,” and said, “The international community is called upon to secure vaccines for Gaza.” As for the Speaker of the Turkish Parliament, Mustafa Sentop, he said in his speech at the conference: We can consider that the Palestinian issue is the most important issue in our contemporary world and that this issue is not limited to Arabs and Muslims only, but rather concerns the entire world. As for the Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament, Puan Maharani, she said: Any agreement with the Palestinians must be comprehensive and take into account all the rights of the people, calling for working on reconciliation between all Palestinian factions and increasing our support for the Palestinians in order to end the occupation. The Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament continued: In order to solve the Palestinian issue, we need more effort and support than before and an end to the occupation, noting that we have repeatedly declared our condemnation of Zionist settlement and stressed the need for the Palestinians to obtain their legitimate rights. As for the Vice President of the Bolivian Parliament, Romania Gallallo, he said: It is Israel that is attacking the areas that belong to the Palestinians, and such crimes must be ended and the criminals must be prosecuted, and we have not forgotten the Palestinian people who strive for freedom and independence. He stressed: We will not hesitate to provide all support for the benefit of the Palestinian people. Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, said in his speech during the conference: Palestine, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and Al-Aqsa Mosque have a high place in the hearts of Muslims… Jerusalem will remain the true and eternal capital of Palestine, reiterating his position in support of Palestine and its capital, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, stressing that Al-Quds Al-Sharif is the key. There is no real peace in the region, and a just peace will only be achieved by ending the occupation. As for Atiqullah Ramin, Head of Foreign Relations in the Afghan Parliament, he said during his speech at the forum that the Palestinian territories have historically been a link between all Muslims, stressing that the Palestinian territories are the birthplace of many Abrahamic religions and we must work to liberate them from the occupiers.
