وبين يدي هذا الإصدار الأول المباشر عن رابعة، نعرض بعضًا من فصوله، التي تختص كما أكدنا بيوم فض الاعتصام، وحدوده الأساسية زمانا ومكانا فقط، وهي عملية لتبسيط البحث وتفكيك كل أحداث رابعة، كل حدث منفردا، ثم إعادة جمعه في إطار الصورة الكلية الشاملة، في موسوعة واحدة كاملة.

إن معرفة هوية الضحايا والشهداء في جميع المذابح، التي رافقت الثورة والانقلاب، لهو عمل علمي في غاية الأهمية، وسيقضي على مشكلات حقيقية، تواجه الثورة المصرية السلمية، تتمثل في إخفاق السلطة الحالية، في إقامة الحق بل وتغييب العدالة، وإخفاء الحقائق أو ربما تضييعها عمدا؛ حتى لا تكون ثَمة طريق للمعرفة الجلية، بالضحايا والعمل على إنصافهم، ومساءلة من أهدر حقهم بالحياة.

إن نتائج هذا العمل الذي نحن بصدده، قد وثَّق وقوع 1014 ضحية، خلال الفض الوحشي، لاعتصام ميدان رابعة العدوية السلمي، في 14 أغسطس 2013، حيث كان نصيب محافظة القاهرة وحدها، ما يقارب ثلث الضحايا، بينما تقاسمت Twenty-four Governorate Another Egyptian, the rest of the number. These victims represented diverse age and social groups and held 139 different professions, including prestigious professions (the “legislators, senior officials and managers” category) and high-level specialized professions in 39 fields (the “specialists” category).
